An Austrian farmer refuses to swear loyalty to Hitler.
Sinekatalog’s take
Terrence Malick's drama of an Austrian farmer who refuses to swear to Hitler is long, lyrical and deeply felt. August Diehl is quietly heroic, and the pastoral images give his conscience great weight.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
