A hypnotist uses his powers for revenge against King Louis XV's court and the people who persecuted him.

Sinekatalog’s take

Gregory Ratoff's costume drama, with Orson Welles as Cagliostro and Nancy Guild, is hammy and entertaining, a Welles vehicle.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
