Sinekatalog’s take
Mike Leigh's first feature follows a London suburban secretary caring for her disabled sister and a hesitant courtship with an awkward teacher. Funny, painful and exact, it is a raw, low-budget portrait of loneliness.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
