Sinekatalog’s take

Ernst Lubitsch's pacifist drama, with Lionel Barrymore, Phillips Holmes and Nancy Carroll, is somber and moving, a rare serious Lubitsch.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
