A healer in communist Czechoslovakia.
Sinekatalog’s take
Agnieszka Holland's biopic follows a Czech herbalist who healed thousands under communism and fell afoul of the state. Ivan Trojan and his son Josef share the lead in a tidy, moving story of belief, fame and persecution.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
