Plot
A family weekend turns into a cruel game.
Sinekatalog’s take
Rainer Werner Fassbinder's chamber thriller traps a family weekend in a cruel guessing game. Icy, stylised and menacing, with mirrored camera work and Anna Karina, it is a sharp study of cruelty and domestic coldness.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
