Sinekatalog’s take

Bergman's chamber drama of three sisters and a maid in a red-walled mansion. Intense and painful, it treats death and emotion in visceral terms, and its red-saturated images are unforgettable.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
