Sinekatalog’s take

Tomas Alfredson's first feature, Fyra nyanser av brunt, is a dry, episodic Swedish comedy-drama that moves between four families and several generations. It is uneven, but the deadpan tone and the sharp eye for awkward family moments already point toward his later work.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
