Plot
A political hack becomes President, is nearly killed in a crash, and then, apparently inspired by the angel Gabriel, becomes a reformer.
Sinekatalog’s take
Gregory La Cava's pre-Code political fantasy, with Walter Huston, is strange and prescient, a mix of populism and dictatorship.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
