Sinekatalog’s take

Scorsese's sprawling street epic has a monstrous Daniel Day-Lewis as Bill the Butcher and a vivid, mud-caked 1860s Manhattan. The revenge plot is thinner than the world around it, but the spectacle is huge.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
