Plot
A sixteen-year-old trans girl in Belgium works hard to become a ballet dancer while she waits for gender-affirming surgery.
Sinekatalog’s take
Lukas Dhont's debut follows a trans teen ballerina with intense physicality and tenderness. Victor Polster is remarkable, though the film's body-focused climax drew debate about its approach.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
