Sinekatalog’s take
Jasmila Žbanić's Golden Bear winner follows a Sarajevo single mother hiding a war-rape secret from her daughter. Mirjana Karanović is stunning, and the film is a quiet, unsentimental study of trauma and truth.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
