Sinekatalog’s take
Billy Wilder's comedy of a gendarme falling for a Paris prostitute is colourful and raucous. Jack Lemmon and Shirley MacLaine are delightful, though it runs long and its tone is uneven.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
