Plot
Eight friends, all in their thirties, who are survivors of the 1968 political upheaval, seek ways of living with their ideals in Geneva. They include a teacher, a market gardener, a cashier and a proofreader, and in the course of the film they interact and try to find new ways of living. Alain Tanner's 1976 film, written with John Berger, is a gentle, witty comedy of post-1968 disillusion.
