A film of the burning oil fields of Kuwait.
Sinekatalog’s take
Werner Herzog's documentary looks at the burning Kuwaiti oil fields like a vision of apocalypse. Operatic, eerie and beautiful, with Mahler and Wagner, it turns catastrophe into hypnotic cosmic poetry.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
