Plot
A sailor returns to his home village in Tierra del Fuego.
Sinekatalog’s take
Lisandro Alonso's austere film follows a sailor returning to his Tierra del Fuego home to see his mother. Wordless and very slow, with long takes in snow, it is a stark, patient meditation on isolation and return.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
