Sinekatalog’s take
Andrzej Wajda's political drama follows a film student investigating a forgotten Stalinist labour hero. Sharp and structurally inventive, with Krystyna Janda fierce, it was a landmark of Polish cinema of moral anxiety.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
