Sinekatalog’s take

Michael Curtiz's pre-Code melodrama, with Kay Francis, Ricardo Cortez and Lyle Talbot, is lurid and fast, a classic Warner programmer.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
