Plot

A disaffected Texas teen spends his 16th birthday getting high, and then the town's tensions come to a boil.

Sinekatalog’s take

Larry Clark's drama is loose, frank and uneven, a portrait of a border town that wanders widely.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
