Sinekatalog’s take
Laura Poitras's documentary follows a Sunni doctor in Baghdad who runs for office in Iraq's 2005 elections amid occupation and violence. Intimate and clear-eyed, it is a gripping, humane view of Iraq's fragile democracy.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
