Plot

A director directing from a border village.

Sinekatalog’s take

Jafar Panahi's meta-drama has him directing remotely from a border village while real village rules intrude. Tense, wry and honest, it is a risky, self-reflexive work about borders, tradition and the limits of art.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
