Sinekatalog’s take
Gianfranco Rosi's observational documentary spends three years along the borders of Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Kurdistan, finding the traces of war in everyday life. Quiet, painterly and sombre, it is a haunting mosaic of survival.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
