An adaptation of Othello against the political backdrop of Uttar Pradesh.
Sinekatalog’s take
Vishal Bhardwaj's Othello, set in Uttar Pradesh's political badlands, is raw, earthy and gripping. Saif Ali Khan's Langda Tyagi is a standout, and the film makes the tragedy feel local and fresh.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
