Sinekatalog’s take

Scorsese's black-and-white boxing biopic of Jake LaMotta is as much a study of jealousy and self-destruction as of sport. Robert De Niro's transformation is legendary, and the fight scenes are brutal poetry.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
