Plot

In a remote Albanian village in the 1970s, a young teacher is posted to a school and the villagers are ordered to spell out party slogans on the hillside in whitewashed stones. A gentle comedy about absurd bureaucracy.

Sinekatalog’s take

A wry, humane comedy about slogans and survival under a rigid regime.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
