Sinekatalog’s take

On a floating temple in a Korean lake, an old monk raises a boy through the seasons of a life, from innocence to desire, violence and renewal. Kim Ki-duk's calm, beautiful parable is easy to read but hard to forget.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
