Sinekatalog’s take
Yasuzo Masumura's film, Manji, with Ayako Wakao and Kyoko Kishida, from Tanizaki's novel, is erotic and tense, a swirling melodrama.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
