Sinekatalog’s take

Kenji Mizoguchi's period epic, Shin heike monogatari, with Raizo Ichikawa and Narutoshi Hayashi, is a lavish and calm drama, among his last films.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
