An almost romantic comedy of a Holocaust researcher and an overworked assistant, who meet at a conference, and clash over their grandparents.

Sinekatalog’s take

Chris Kraus's German-Austrian comedy-drama, Die Blumen von gestern, with Lars Eidinger and Adèle Haenel, is wild, offensive and funny, balancing taboo and sorrow.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
