Sinekatalog’s take
Hayao Miyazaki's late, dreamlike fantasy blends wartime grief with a strange otherworld. It is enigmatic and visually rich, with an emotional weight that seems more personal than any of his previous films.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
