Plot

In Paraguay, a young Nazi hunter, Barry Kohler, learns that the war criminal Josef Mengele is gathering old Nazis for a secret plot. He phones the veteran Vienna investigator Ezra Lieberman, who follows the trail to a series of killings of ordinary men around the world and to a scheme that involves cloned boys.
