Sinekatalog’s take
Sergio Leone's first credited film is a sword-and-sandal epic of intrigue and a giant statue. Handsome and energetic, though cheesy, with Rory Calhoun, it hints at Leone's coming visual flair.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
