Plot
At the end of World War II and in the middle of the Chinese civil war, several couples face fate on the ship Taiping.
Sinekatalog’s take
John Woo's two-part epic is lavish and melodramatic, about the real sinking of the Taiping in 1949.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
