Plot

Beautiful young Virginian Jane sheds her aristocratic family to marry a rough frontiersman, Thomas Jefferson's neighbor.

Sinekatalog’s take

Frank Lloyd's Revolutionary-era drama, with Cary Grant and Martha Scott, is stiff and handsome, with a stiff Grant in a rare period role.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
