Sinekatalog’s take
Fritz Lang's sequel to Dr. Mabuse the Gambler is a gripping thriller about a criminal mastermind directing crime from an asylum. Banned by the Nazis, it reads as a sharp allegory and a landmark of early sound cinema.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
