Sinekatalog’s take

Three prospectors find gold and slowly lose their trust. John Huston's adventure is really a study of greed, with a ferocious Humphrey Bogart. Its final irony is one of the cruellest in classic Hollywood.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
