Plot
Joanna and Mark Wallace, an architect and his wife, are driving through France on a holiday. The film moves back and forth over twelve years of their marriage, from their first meeting through a number of trips to the present, when the marriage is in crisis. Audrey Hepburn and Albert Finney star.
Sinekatalog’s take
A witty, bittersweet and structurally daring romance told in non-linear fragments, which is more grown-up than most films about marriage. Hepburn and Finney have real chemistry, and Mancini's theme is lovely.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
