Sinekatalog’s take
Tunç Okan's comedy-drama, adapted from Fakir Baykurt's novel Kaplumbağalar, follows a village's struggles with bureaucracy and hardship. Ahmet Mekin and Altan Erkekli lead a good-natured but uneven adaptation.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
