A journalist makes a bet to spend a night in a haunted castle, where the ghost of Edgar Allan Poe tells him of horror, in a gothic story.

Sinekatalog’s take

Antonio Margheriti's gothic horror, Nella stretta morsa del ragno, with Anthony Franciosa, Michèle Mercier and Klaus Kinski, is a handsome, spooky remake of his Castle of Blood.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
