Plot
A musical on the slave trade.
Sinekatalog’s take
Med Hondo's musical on the slave trade stages the history of Caribbean and African exploitation aboard a vast ship set. Loud, theatrical and furious, it is a bold, political and visually inventive landmark of Black cinema.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
