Sinekatalog’s take

Payal Kapadia's debut mixes letters from a fictional student to her lover with real footage of Indian campus protests, shot in grainy black and white. Poetic and political, it is a stirring and original film that won the Golden Eye at Cannes.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
