Plot

Five people in a Budapest apartment.

Sinekatalog’s take

Béla Tarr's early film confines five unhappy people in a Budapest apartment where resentments flare under a claustrophobic camera. Intense and bleak, with theatrical performance, it is a bruising study of greed and cruelty.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
