Sinekatalog’s take
Canan Gerede's drama, inspired by singer Bergen's life and her shooting by her husband, won the Golden Orange for best director. Ambitious and sensational, it follows the rise and fall of the singer but is often heavy-handed.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
