The rise and fall of several people in the excess and chaos of Hollywood in the 1920s, as silent films give way to talkies.
Sinekatalog’s take
Damien Chazelle's three-hour Hollywood-excess epic is loud, chaotic and often dazzling. It is uneven and overstuffed, but its party scenes and final montage have real wild ambition.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
