Plot

A burned-out drunken ex-minor leaguer is arranged to coach a hopeless Little League team.

Sinekatalog’s take

Richard Linklater's remake is amiably foul-mouthed, with Billy Bob Thornton, but it lacks the bite of the 1976 original.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
