Sinekatalog’s take
Mario Bava's gory thriller about greedy heirs killing one another is often called the first slasher. Inventive, bloody and darkly comic, it influenced Friday the 13th and is a landmark of horror.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
