Plot

A parody of the 1930s gangster film with an all-child cast, in which gangs fire custard pies instead of bullets.

Sinekatalog’s take

Alan Parker's gangster parody with an all-child cast and custard-pie guns is charming and odd. Jodie Foster is a standout, and Paul Williams's songs make it a sweet, inventive family musical.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
