Sinekatalog’s take
Michael Curtiz's rock-and-roll noir has Elvis Presley as a New Orleans singer dragged toward a gangster. Gritty for an Elvis picture, with a fine supporting cast, it is widely seen as his best acting showcase.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
