Sinekatalog’s take

Guillermo del Toro's debut is a poetic, creepy vampire fable about an antique device and an old man's hunger. Federico Luppi is touching, and the film's craft already shows del Toro's style.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
