Sinekatalog’s take

Fritz Lang's silent fantasy has a young woman bargaining with Death for her lover through three tales. Visually rich and grim, with elaborate sets, it helped establish German expressionism and influenced Hollywood fantasy.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
